*Sliced pork loin sliders: sliders served with roasted onions, slider rolls with a creamy Asian mayo sauce and raspberry preserves. $24/dozen

Phyllo cups: Choose filling: spinach dip (heated), cream cheese and pepper jelly, smoked salmon dip, tomato pie: 12/dozen

Shrimp and roasted vegetable orzo cups: shrimp, roasted peppers, and onions with sundried tomatoes, fresh basil tossed with a lemon sauce and feta cheese $3/cup without shrimp: $1.50/cup

Sassy sandwiches:  choice of ham and three cheeses or thin sliced ribeye with roasted peppers, onion, and fresh herb cream cheese spread, with a buttery parmesan and onion topping on the crust $24/dozen

*Roasted asparagus wrapped in herbed cream cheese and salami $15/dozen

Marinated shrimp: large shrimp marinated for 24 hours in lemon vinegar marinade with capers and onions; served with a dijon tarragon dipping sauce $29/pound 

Smoked salmon platter:  accouterments include crackers, fresh dill, pickled red onions, capers, and a cucumber dill sauce 

Smothered meatballs: Italian meatballs covered with Asian apricot sauce

Hot crab dip: served with toasted baguette

Kitchen dip: dip with roasted corn, bacon, four cheeses, slivered almonds, and onion served warm with toasted baguette and/or veggies

Pimento cheese spread: served with toasted baguette and/or veggies

Spinach Artichoke Dip: great served hot or cold with toasted baguette &/or veggies  

Layered Greek dip: hummus, tzatziki spread, diced veggies, feta cheese, basil served with naan bread
