Shrimp and roasted vegetable orzo cups: shrimp, roasted peppers, and onions with sundried tomatoes, fresh basil tossed with a lemon sauce and feta cheese $3/cup without shrimp: $1.50/cup   VO

Sassy sandwiches:  choice of ham and three cheeses or thin sliced ribeye with onion, and fresh herb cream cheese spread, with a buttery parmesan and onion topping on the crust $24/dozen

*Roasted asparagus wrapped in herbed cream cheese and salami $15/dozen  GF

Marinated shrimp: large shrimp marinated for 24 hours in lemon vinegar marinade with capers and onions; served with a dijon tarragon dipping sauce $29/pound  GF
